I made pancakes again this morning with much better results. I made the batter a little more liquid, so the pancakes weren’t nearly as dense. Plus, instead of taking an hour to make them (okay maybe not that long), it only took about 15 minutes. Mmmmm pancakes. I’ll be psyched when fresh fruit gets here.
In other news, I had to cut a new notch in my belt yesterday because it wouldn’t fit. I’ve had that belt since…high school? Dude, how badass is that? My abs aren’t like they were then, but they’re looking a lot better than any time in recent memory. Score.
Dave made some sort of smoothie from chard, kale, oranges, apples, bananas, coconut, almond milk…am I missing anything? For all the crazy stuff in it, it really wasn’t that bad. And if the color is any indicator it had to be super healthy.
